We’re looking for a proactive Administrative Support Officer to join our team at K-Drive. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and customer service support across our operations. You’ll help keep things running smoothly through effective coordination, record management, and stakeholder communication. Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls to ensure timely responses. Coordinating meetings, scheduling, and taking minutes. Maintaining accurate records and supporting document control processes. Providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Candidate: Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience – advantageous). Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office and general business systems. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Experience in administration, ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or a similar industry. Great communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.
