The Opportunity As the Practice Support Coordinator, you’ll act as the right hand to the Practice Manager, working closely with Partners and the admin team to ensure everything runs seamlessly day-to-day. This varied and rewarding role includes: Supporting the Practice Manager with scheduling, reporting, and workflow coordination Mentoring and guiding the client services team Assisting with client onboarding, ATO/ASIC lodgements, billing, and CRM updates Helping with accounts administration – payments, invoicing, debtor follow-ups Coordinating communication and priorities across teams Stepping into admin or reception duties as needed Driving process improvements and projects that enhance firm operations You’ll work with a fully integrated cloud-based tech stack including MYOB Practice Manager, Xero, FYI Workflow, Lightyear, and BGL automation – systems built for efficiency, not complexity. About You You’re an organised, proactive all-rounder who thrives in a professional, team-focused environment.
