Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to clients with communication and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans. Participate in professional development opportunities and stay up-to-date with current research and best practices.
