Excavator Operators (Long-Term) – Caboolture, QLD Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm Rate: $40–$45/hr applicable penalties Start: Immediate / as soon as available Duration: Long-term (ongoing work on subdivision sites) This client is a well-established civil construction company with over 26 years of experience serving the Moreton Bay, Somerset, South Burnett, Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane regions. They specialise in a full suite of civil works including subdivisions, drainage, earthworks, pipeline & trenching, concrete works, retaining walls, and more. Role & Responsibilities Operate excavators on subdivision and civil construction sites Perform earthmoving, trenching, cutting, and site preparation tasks Work in conjunction with other site trades and machine operators Maintain machine condition and report any faults or maintenance needs Adhere to safety procedures and site rules Requirements Proven experience as an excavator operator, especially on subdivision sites Relevant tickets/licences (e.g. Excavator ticket) Valid Construction White Card Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong safety mindset and reliability Why Apply?
