About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll be: Supporting participants to achieve independence and reach personal goals Assisting with daily living tasks including personal care, transport, and community access Building strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion in everything you do What We’re Looking For We value attitude over experience .
