We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the venue. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments including accommodation, food and beverage, and guest services. Provide leadership, training, and support to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximise profitability. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate marketing, promotions, and community engagement activities to enhance the hotel’s reputation and attract new clientele. Build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and local community partners. About You: Previous management experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in hotels or large hospitality venues. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, staff performance, and operational standards. A hands-on manager with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
