The Opportunity Reporting to the Managing Director and partnering with the executive team, you will take full accountability for operational excellence across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, procurement, quality, planning and supply chain. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and ensuring the business is set up to scale - profitably and sustainably. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with high-level strategic input. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end operations: manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, quality & planning Deliver world-class S&OP and supply chain systems to improve cost, efficiency, and performance Oversee and optimise local and international sourcing, with a sharp focus on COGs and margins Partner with the CFO on budgeting, cost management, and driving EBITDA growth Lead, coach and inspire a team of 4-6 direct reports and 25-45 indirect team members Drive major strategic initiatives including ERP and MRP systems upgrades, supplier reviews, and supply chain redesign Why Join Dollar Sweets?
