Overview Head of the Preparatory School at Trinity Grammar School – an independent Anglican school in Sydney. The successful candidate will lead the Preparatory School (P–6) and oversee all aspects of its life and operations, including academic leadership, pastoral care, staff development, and the cultivation of a strong and positive organisational culture. This is a significant and strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced educator who will contribute to whole-school strategy, culture, and educational direction. Reporting to the Headmaster, the Head of the Preparatory School will work with the School Executive to shape and deliver Trinity’s mission across all campuses, ensuring the School ethos is clearly articulated, consistently enacted, and embedded in daily life. The role supports Trinity’s commitment to providing a thoroughly Christian education in mind, body, and spirit. It requires a mature and active Christian whose faith is evident in both personal and professional life, modelling Christian character and servant-hearted leadership to inspire students, staff, and families. Responsibilities Provide academic leadership for the Preparatory School (P–6) and contribute to whole-school strategy, culture, and educational direction.
