Job Description We currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Unit at Cockburn Health Service. This role identifies strategies to promote and embed a learning culture that supports positive patient outcomes and delivery of a patient centred service. Collaborates with the Unit Manager in development and management of orientation and performance development programs to meet the education and training needs of nursing staff working in mental health. Collaborates with the Unit Manager to determine personal and professional competencies integral to care delivery in the local unit and required of nursing staff. Under the direction of the Unit Manager oversees all individual staff performance appraisal and development activities within the FSH Cockburn Health. This is for a Permanent Full-Time appointment.
