Your new role As a Team Leader of Integrated Family Services provides leadership to a team of up to nine employees and is responsible for the development, delivery and quality of Family Services and related programs located across Inner Gippsland. The role works closely with the Inner Gippsland Child & Family Services Alliance, and the Orange Door and other services to achieve positive and effective outcomes for children and families. Your skills and experience You Will Bring Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, Social Science or a related discipline.Experience in developing and leading complex programs/services in the delivery of high-quality, consumer – and/or community-centric servicesDemonstrable supervisory experience preferably in the children, youth and family sectorExperience in working collaboratively with volunteers, respecting their skills, experience, and contributionExtensive knowledge in family services, child protection and/or out of home care, including relevant legislation and regulationsValid and current Driver’s Licence View the position description here.
