An opportunity awaits for a Project Administrator to join a renowned international consultancy in Melbourne working part-time across 4 days per week. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider operational team providing essential administrative support that underpins construction and infrastructure projects. Part-time 4 days a week (can be flexible) Hybrid-working * Work within a family-orientated, supportive and driven team What You'll Do Provide administrative support for resource management by updating registers, capturing meeting actions, communicating updates to the wider team, and monitoring deliverablesUpdate information in the Document Management System, ensuring new projects are set up accurately.Assist with the development, writing, formatting, and coordination of proposals, tenders, and submissions.Support directors and senior team members by drafting executive summaries, project narratives and technical responses.Oversee general office management tasks such as ordering food and stationery supplies, managing WH&S duties, addressing maintenance issues, and liaising with contractors or landlords.Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions.Monitor deadlines for various administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.Contribute positively to the overall team environment.
