About the role Marson HealthCare Service Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Belmont WA 6104. As a part-time Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalised care and support to our elderly and disabled clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. What you'll be doing Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Providing companionship and engaging clients in recreational activities to improve their overall wellbeing Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring clients' health and safety Collaborating with the broader care team to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinate client-centric care plans Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with industry standards Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of care What we're looking for A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability Support Demonstrated experience in providing personalised care and support to elderly or disabled clients Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenging situations with empathy and care A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others and a commitment to upholding the company's values A current driver's licence and reliable transportation to access client homes What we offer At Marson HealthCare Service Pty Ltd, we value our employees and strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
