Key Responsibilities: • Installation & Maintenance: Install and maintain cutting-edge electronic security systems including CCTV, access control systems, intercoms and network systems. • Installation Supervisor: Ensure all installations and services works and being run and managed properly. • Service Support: Offer service and technical support for existing customers by responding to service calls and carrying out customer support programs • System Testing & Programming: Conduct testing of installed equipment and perform programming tasks and troubleshoot technical issues • Preventive Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance. • Collaboration: Work closely with clients and dynamic team to assess security needs and provide tailored solutions. You must be able to meet deadlines, have excellent communication skills and work autonomously or as part of a team. • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all installations and services comply with industry standards and maintain accurate documentation. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: • Certification: - Valid VIC Security License (or eligible to obtain) - Car driver's license - Cabler’s license - Construction Card • Experience: Solid technical skills and/or experience related to electronic security systems. Previous experience as Security Technician/ Installer with industry or trade qualifications • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly Desirable • OH&S card. • Experience with various Electronic Access Control Security systems such as Tecom, Gallagher, Integriti and Lenel preferred. • Experience in IT including IP CCTV, IP intercoms and networking experience.
