About the role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Toddler Room Leader to join our dedicated team in Rhodes, NSW. As a full-time Toddler Room Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care for the children in your care. What you'll be doing Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework Supervise and guide a team of educators to provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for toddlers Observe and document children's learning and development, and use this information to inform curriculum planning Build strong relationships with families, and work collaboratively to support each child's individual needs Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures Participate in ongoing professional development to continually improve your practice What we're looking for Certificate IIII or Diploma Minimum 2 years' experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting (preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of educators Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement engaging educational programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building positive relationships with families Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications Working with Children Check and National Police Check What we offer At St Mary Multicultural Early Learning Centre, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our team.
