About the role Link-Force Au' is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Concreter, you will be responsible for the construction and finishing of concrete structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your needs. What you'll be doing Preparing and leveling subgrades for concrete pours Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for a variety of projects, such as foundations, slabs, and sidewalks Placing and securing reinforcement materials, such as rebar and mesh Smoothing and leveling concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools Ensuring the proper curing and protection of concrete during and after the pour Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices on the job site Collaborating with other tradespeople and the construction team to ensure the successful completion of projects What we're looking for Proven experience as a Concreter, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications Ability to work safely and efficiently on construction sites Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks Effective communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team What we offer At Link-Force Au', we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
