About the Role We are a small family owned and operated business whom have been in operation since 2021. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our expanding team at SW Pool Services Pty Ltd. As a full-time Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial swimming pools in the The Greater Brisbane area (Inner Brisbane City - Springfield area). This crucial role is vital in ensuring our clients' pools are safe, well-maintained, and functioning optimally all year round. Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role is required to be considered for this position What You'll Be Doing Performing regular inspections and maintenance on swimming pools, including cleaning, testing water chemistry, and making necessary adjustments Identifying and troubleshooting pool equipment issues, and providing efficient and effective repairs Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards Maintaining detailed records of all pool servicing activities Collaborating with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients Installation of new and/or repaired pool equipment What We're Looking For Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve pool issues Strong understanding of pool chemistry Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A love for working outdoors Physically fit What We Offer At SW Pool Services Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
