AA Maintenance & Landscaping Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable professional to lead our Garden Maintenance division, servicing both commercial and residential clients. This is not your average mowing job - we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and can deliver a high standard of service every time. About the Role You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of commercial and residential gardens. The successful candidate will: Operate and maintain zero-turn mowers (Walker mower experience highly regarded); Perform hedge trimming, vertical edging, lawn care and general garden maintenance; Carry out basic servicing and troubleshooting of small motors and garden equipment; Work efficiently without compromising on quality; Manage daily schedules with minimal supervision; and Provide excellent customer service and uphold our company's reputation for quality. What We're Looking For Proven experience in professional garden maintenance; Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation; Ability to work quickly and effectively, while maintaining high standards; Reliability and the ability to work independently; Mechanically minded; A client focused attitude with good communication skills; and Current, valid driver's licence (mandatory).
