About the role: We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team on a BHP project in Western Australia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will play a key role in driving a positive safety culture, supporting site operations, and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. This role is FIFO ex-Perth on a 2:1 roster . 2:1 Roster – FIFO ex Perth 12-hour days 7 month project $80 per hour Key Responsibilities : Provide HSE support and guidance to site personnel and supervisors Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Lead incident investigations and prepare reports Assist with the development and implementation of HSE systems and procedures Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training Support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best practice in health, safety, and environment About you: To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HSE Advisor (mining, construction, or heavy industry) Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum requirement) ICAM investigation training (highly regarded) Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence positive safety behaviours Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships across site Desirable Requirements: Current BHP Inductions How to apply: Please click the ‘ Apply’ button.
