Business Development & Partnership Manager – Real Estate categoryNSW / ACT territory Hybrid work model $115,000 base super comms – OTE = $155,000 PA Our client is a global leader in property marketing solutions. Premium photography, 3D visualisations and digital content solutions that empowers and engages real estate agents and property buyers. This role is more than just managing accounts—it’s about driving real business growth. You’ll take ownership of approximately 60 existing clients across NSW and the ACT building deeper adoption and delivering stronger results. Importantly, 50% of your role will be focused on new business development — prospecting, pitching and bringing in new accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining this portfolio of important customers. Fostering these key relationships, ensuring retention, growth and an ongoing mutually rewarding working relationship. Someone who's happy working from home, only visiting the office once or twice a week. Someone who has a car and can travel around Sydney, NSW and the ACT when required to do so. Someone focused on providing value through identifying and understanding the customer’s needs, providing solutions, exceeding customer expectations and providing an excellent level of customer experience and service.
