We are seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator with a background in workforce planning and scheduling to join our growing Digital Health team. In this key role, you’ll ensure optimal workforce coverage across a dynamic healthcare environment – enabling clinicians to deliver quality virtual health services to patients nationwide. This is a full-time, fixed-term position that will see you engaged until 30 June 2026. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all service lines, proactively monitoring coverage and addressing any shortfalls or risks in real time. Coordinate leave approvals and arrange suitable backfill to maintain service continuity. Support onboarding processes by aligning rosters with credentialing and induction schedules. Ensure compliance with fatigue management, Fair Work standards, and Aspen Medical’s internal Workforce & Roster Guidelines, maintaining accurate records to support Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and audit readiness. Liaise with clinical, operational, and stakeholder teams to ensure roster decisions align with service delivery needs. About You Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling — ideally within a healthcare or service-based environment. Proficency in rostering systems such as CoreSchedule and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Fair Work compliance, fatigue management, and internal workforce policies. Proven ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and proactively use roster data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for workforce optimisation. Experience in Virtual Health, clinical coordination, or allied health administration (highly regarded). What We Offer Full-time fixed-term position until 30 June 2026.
