The Opportunity: The Director, Property Developmen t will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of the university's infrastructure. Reporting to the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Major Projects, the Director will assess and optimise the University property holdings from an Urban and Town Planning perspective, identifying pathways for success based on key criteria: Retain, Renew, Revenue, and Recurrent. To view a copy of the position description, please click here : Director Property Development About You: You are an innovative and driven leader, with extensive experience in a property portfolio strategy role ideally within the education sector or similar large-scale organisations. You will also possess: Experience in and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in the property industry and best practice portfolio management. Exposure to property development management including relevant operating standards and occupational, health & safety legislation. Proven experience in formulating policies and procedures, as well as establishing monitoring, reporting systems, and budget management processes. Proven leadership in the delivery of strategy, development, and infrastructure services, focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Conditions & Benefits: This full-time position will be offered on a 5-year fixed term contract basis.
