Our Client: Our client is a respected and long-standing allied health practice offering Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children and families throughout Melbourne. The team supports children aged 0–16 years, working with a wide range of developmental and disability needs. Services are provided to both NDIS participants and privately funded clients, with therapy delivered in clinic, school, kindergarten, and home environments. Responsibilities include leading the learning and development of the Speech Pathology team, managing the clinical supervision framework, and maintaining and improving the clinical competency framework. The role also involves providing complex client support, driving the ongoing development of the Speech Pathology service across the business, and overseeing clinical management of the team. You will also contribute to team and leadership meetings, conduct performance reviews in partnership with operational managers, and manage a small, specialised caseload while supporting best practice and continuous improvement across the service.
