About the role: The Support & Operations Lead will partner with the Product Manager to drive the technology operations strategy for critical enterprise platforms across the business. Acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners, they will oversee daily monitoring and maintenance of integrations and core Supply Chain and Finance systems, coordinating global support teams to enhance platform stability and performance. With a focus on continuous improvement, they’ll also build user capability and adoption of ERP and connected platforms, empowering teams to self-serve and operate efficiently. Role & Responsibilities: Oversee daily ERP and connected platform operations, standardise support processes, monitor performance, manage escalations, prioritise issues, and liaise with vendors and business partners. Lead and mentor Support & Operations Specialists, manage global support coordination, oversee daily service delivery, and provide guidance and training to team members. Analyse operational trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiency and user satisfaction across systems and integrations. Partner with supply chain, finance, and technology teams to ensure platform stability, integration performance, and alignment with business needs. Engage in ongoing training, maintain industry and organisational knowledge, and contribute to continuous learning. Adhere to company policies, uphold workplace safety standards, and report hazards or incidents promptly. Skills & Experience: 3 years working hands-on with middleware technologies, ERP, and Supply Chain & Finance systems in complex, multi-project environments. Experience in FMCG or retail, with a strong grasp of finance and supply chain operations would be highly regarded. Proven experience with NetSuite ERP (SaaS) and Celigo iPaaS, including API and EDI integrations ; knowledge of Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics ERP preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and vendors effectively. Skilled in cloud-based systems and Microsoft Office applications , with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or related field) and NetSuite Foundation certification or higher.
