Position & Responsibilities As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: Being the first point of contact for the branch, including counter sales. Liaising with customers via the phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, account queries. Building strong customer relationships Providing quotations to customer. Giving customers advice on product selection Processing customer orders Assisting with returns, repairs, credit and backorders Supporting the external sales representees Continuous development of your product knowledge. Requirements The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in a face-to-face environment. Preferred background in building products/construction, electronic security, electrical or related field. Highly developed communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and develop long term relationships. Excellent attention to detail. Highly developed PC skills. A positive outlook and attitude are essential! Experience with Pronto would be advantageous, but not essential. The Offer The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $75,000, plus Superannuation.
