TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established modular construction company seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in modular builds. This role offers the chance to oversee diverse retail and commercial projects while being part of a growing and innovative contractor based in Canning Vale. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate modular construction projects from yard to site installation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain efficient site operations. Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company safety policies. Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate site records and reporting. About You Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising modular construction projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently. Strong understanding of modular assembly, logistics, and installation. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Full Australian working rights and valid WA driver’s licence. What’s On Offer Competitive salary package based on experience.
