About the job This hands-on role is based at the Gatton Branch and is perfect for an experienced interpreter ready to step into a supervisory position within a dealership environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the Parts division runs efficiently by guiding and supporting the Parts Interpreter team, assisting the leadership team with stock control, and providing exemplary service to both internal and external customers. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity to expand your skills. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading and providing day-to-day guidance to the Parts Interpreter team Providing hands-on parts interpretation and sales support. Generating quotes, purchase orders, and invoices using the management system. Assisting the Parts Manager with stock level coordination and control. Participating in a rotating Saturday roster (one to two Saturdays per month). We're Looking For Candidates With: Previous experience in a leadership or team management capacity. Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation. A basic understanding of inventory accountability. Strong computer and organisational skills. Maturity, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic. Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
