Key Responsibilities and Tasks Design, implement, and maintain quality systems that reflect Regalo's service standards and industry certifications. Carry out regular service reviews and inspections to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for stronger outcomes. Collaborate with cleaning teams and supervisors to document processes, standardise practices, and embed a culture of consistency. Develop clear quality policies and procedures, ensuring all staff understand and apply them in daily operations. Oversee internal evaluations and audits, ensuring compliance with both client expectations and external requirements. Use performance data and client feedback to guide improvements and set realistic, measurable quality targets. Prepare clear reports and recommendations that track progress and highlight areas for further development. Contribute to staff training and mentoring, building capability and promoting a shared focus on excellence. Qualifications & Requirements Relevant qualification Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Ability to plan, coordinate audits, and implement operational improvements based on data analysis. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with strong documentation capabilities. Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with operational teams and stakeholders. Salary The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
