Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in workshop settings Fabricate and assemble structural steel and metal components Interpret and work from technical drawings Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to welding procedures Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment What We’re Looking For: Certificate III in Metal Fabrication essential Strong MIG/TIG/Arc welding and fabrication skills High-risk licenses desirable (Forklift, EWP, or Rigging) Confined Space and Working at Heights Certifications White card Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Strong health and safety awareness Why join Shadbolt?
