The Opportunity Reporting to an experienced Senior Development Manager, this role will see work on the front end of their projects and getting them ready for delivery. Key Responsibilities will include: Devising & Managing Development Applications through Council Liaising and Engaging with Selected External Consultants Obtaining Compliant Development Certificates Provide Support to the Wider Development Team Who We’re Looking For Our client would like to meet candidates that are either at a Graduate Architect or Junior Architect level that are keen to make a move into an Assistant Development Manager position.
