The Role We’re looking for a Venue Manager who leads from the floor — someone who thrives in the action, brings calm to the chaos, and knows how to lift a team with presence and care. You’ll be the steady hand and friendly face that sets the tone each day. Whether it’s rallying the team before a big night, jumping in to solve a challenge mid-service, or helping shape long-term improvements, you’ll be at the heart of it all. What you’ll be doing: Running the floor across multiple dining spaces — from casual to à la carte and events Leading and supporting a team of 20–25 FOH staff during busy shifts Mentoring Assistant Managers and helping them step up Keeping service standards consistent and culture strong Working closely with leadership to keep improving how we operate Staying hands-on and visible Who You Are You’re someone people naturally look to — calm, kind, and confident. You bring a steady energy and know how to keep a team feeling motivated and supported, even when it’s busy. You love hospitality because you love people — the interactions, the movement, the buzz.
