Remote/Hybrid - In-office Position - Property Manager When - Immediate ongoing position Duties - Managing portfolio of 150 properties, support with inspections & leasing, as well as a VA Software/s - PropertyMe Days/Hours - Full time hours preferred but they can offer some flexibility (7am-4pm or 8am-6pm for example) - require assistance for 30 hours per week at least, one day WFH per week Parking - Yes Company Car - Yes Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License The Ideal Candidates: Minimum two years' working either as an agency or onsite property manager managing a portfolio of similar size or someone who is ready to step up!
