Level Plumbing Dubbo are looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our Commercial Construction team, based in Dubbo. This full-time role supports the Operations Manager and broader business by ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and employees across multiple departments, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. About You You’re an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and have a strong sense of initiative. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support across the business Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks including: Issuing purchase orders and invoices Creating jobs in Simpro Managing receivables and payment status Scheduling employees to jobs Communicating with customers, suppliers, and staff Resolving account and customer queries Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation Ensure accuracy in data entry and document processing Provide high-quality customer service Follow company policies and procedures Support the Operations Manager with other reasonable tasks as required Skills and Attributes Excellent communication and time management skills Experience in accounts payable/receivable processes Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems High attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable and able to manage multiple deadlines Positive and professional attitude Well-presented and customer-focused Contact hr@maasgroup.com.au for any further information.
