Our Motoring and Home Service division has an exciting growth profile and robust pipeline of work across the Perth metro area and we are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to join our team as we support this growth. You will bring demonstrated sourcing experience and excellent interpersonal skills as you navigate a range of technical roles, candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and support leaders through the interview process for a variety of roles within the motoring and home services sectors Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, passive search, and other recruitment channels Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a blue collar environment. Experience recruiting automotive mechanics considered highly advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Experience with Workday would be considered highly advantageous A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment. What can we offer you?
