We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Officer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and emotional support to residents in line with individual care plans Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing Support residents’ independence, dignity, and quality of life Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records Work collaboratively with nurses, care coordinators, and other team members Qualifications & Skills Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Community Services) or equivalent Previous experience in residential or aged care setting preferred Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid police check and working with children/vulnerable persons clearance (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care Why Join V & C Nursing?
