ABOUT US Quantum Constructions Qld is a building company specializing in construction and insurance repairs with our services ranging from Maryborough through to Cairns. ABOUT THE ROLE The role is responsible for the timely completion of projects, working on site to deliver building work on approved residential insurance repairs. You will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple insurance repair jobs at any one time and are also required to possess a high level of skill in trade and building management, administration report writing and customer service. The successful candidate will be working closing with our clients', customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality works. Attend site to inspect, prepare and provide an accurate scope and report for both minor and major building loss. Engage and manage subcontractors in order to complete repairs to a high standard, within an acceptable time frame. Work closely with repair coordinators to complete weekly job progress updates. Operate Prime Ecosystem software to ensure all job data is up to date and accurate. Ensure revenue targets and job KPI's are met as required Please note that due to the nature of insurance repair works, travel outside of the region may be required during major weather events, however if this were to arise, this will be discussed in advance. REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE Certificate III in Building & Construction (or equivalent) Trade qualified (or equivalent) Experience operating Prime Ecosystem software, including computer skills on and software on mobile devices (preferred) Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Previous experience as a site supervisor working with insurance Driver's license (open) - work car provided for the right applicant
