Here at Stkilda Venues (part of Melbourne Hospitalty People), we're looking for Duty Managers to join our busy beachside venues.
Candidates would ideally be able to work weekends and around 30 hours per week or more .
Republica and Captain Baxter are two busy beachside venues in St Kilda that offer great food and drinks, free live music and a view of Port Phillip Bay. With many different spaces under the one roof, St Kilda Venues caters for everyone.
Duties includes:
- The maintenance of guest service, front of house presentation and F&B quality
- Ensuring high productivity of staff and positive staff morale
- Delivering superior levels of service to ensure repeat business
- Assisting with opening and closing the venue
- Staff training
- Roster adjustments
- Cash handling, set ups and pack downs
- Overseeing compliance, security, music and other contractors
