The Opportunity We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our ANZ Prescription Sales & Marketing team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support across the Prescription department including: Provide effective administrative support: Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for the team Manage the end-to-end PO approval process, including tracking, invoicing, and vendor payments Maintain various records and accounts as per business requirements Participate in administrative projects/teams Field Force Support: Travel Coordination and accommodation arrangements for external representatives and managers Assist with product launches, Packcentre allocations, and material distribution Marketing Support: Coordinate distribution of promotional materials to the Sales Team, ensuring timely delivery to meet campaign deadlines Organise internal and external meetings, training sessions, conferences, and PR events, ensuring compliance with Medicines Australia Code via Veeva documentation Support marketing initiatives including omnichannel campaigns and product database management between Sales and Marketing Maintain and manage Veeva systems (Vault, PromoMats, Salesforce), including uploading, tracking, and reviewing promotional materials Assist with sample logistics, reporting, and general sales team support, including ad hoc enquiries and event coordination Medical Education Reporting: Work with National Sales Manager and legal counsel to submit quarterly reports for all medical education events Adhoc: Participate (upon invite) with large company events in conjunction with Events & Operations Specialist. About You To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised and proactive individual. Experience supporting a Sales & Marketing team will be highly regarded. Other key requirements for this role include: Excellent knowledge of MS Office/computer literacy Experience in maintaining CRM platforms such as Veeva (PromoMats, Vault), Salesforce, to manage materials, compliance and reporting Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload High level verbal and written communications skills Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels Diversity and Inclusion iNova is an Equal Opportunity employer.
