MAK Diesel & Earthmoving is looking for a driven individual to join our Darwin branch to lead the Admin/Parts Department. This a full-time office-based role with the potential for career progression for the right candidate. This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Parts interpreting. Stock control. Provide high-level customer service to customers Counter & phone parts sales. Sourcing and dispatching orders. Preparing customer Quotes and Invoices. Customer/branch support duties. Provide Administration support General data entry The ideal candidate for this role will: Possess a manual driver’s licence. Possess a current forklift ticket. Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills. Have an enthusiastic attitude and an interest in the Construction Machinery & Transport Vehicle industries. Previous experience with either a Parts Interpreter or Administration Be customer-focused and results driven.
