This role offers flexibility for candidates with 1-2 years of full-time or part-time experience in external audit or public practice. You will be responsible for conducting independent audits and assisting clients with compliance and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan and perform external audits in compliance with Australian Auditing Standards Review financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations Identify risks, fraud indicators, and control weaknesses Prepare audit findings and reports with clear recommendations Communicate effectively with clients to resolve audit issues Assist clients in improving financial reporting and compliance processes Collaborate with audit team members to ensure timely completion of audits Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years’ experience in external audit (full-time or part-time) CPA qualification completed or currently registered as a CPA (or CA qualification) Strong understanding of Australian Auditing Standards and regulatory requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with audit software (e.g., CaseWare) preferred Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits Working Conditions: Fixed shifts during business hours with occasional flexibility during peak audit periods Possible travel to client sites Supportive and collaborative team environment with opportunities for career growth How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and CPA registration status.
