As a Senior Client Services Officer, within Occupational Licensing team, you will be providing an essential service to South Australian’s seeking to lodge, renew or obtain information on their occupational license. CBS issues and regulates licenses for a broad range of professions including trades, security, real estate and many others. Each customer interaction will be an opportunity for you to apply your problem-solving skills and excellent customer service ability to resolve at times sensitive enquiries. This role involves working in a team environment that is fast-paced and requires daily rostered phone shifts. Able to efficiently handle large workloads with competing demands and priorities. Competent in handling complaints in a considerate manner. Able to use initiative and judgment to ensure customers receive appropriate advice and solutions. Experienced in the interpretation and administration of legislation. Experienced in comprehensively assessing the merits of applications and providing recommendations or decisions as appropriate.
