You will be responsible for: Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery. Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families. Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards Do you possess these qualities and qualifications: Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent. At least 1year of working experience in a similar role. Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates. Paid working with children check (blue Card). Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload. Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking. Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude. Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education. An understanding of EYLF. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.
