About Us AIC Mines is a growth-focused copper mining company listed on the ASX (A1M). We own and operate the Eloise Copper Mine near Cloncurry, Queensland. Eloise is a successful underground operation with a conventional processing plant producing a high-quality copper concentrate. With the commencement of the Jericho project, Eloise is undergoing a major expansion, creating exciting opportunities to be part of our next growth chapter. The Role We are seeking a motivated Site Administrator to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Site Services Supervisor, this role will work as a back-to-back for our current Site Administrator, providing essential support across all areas of site administration. This position offers variety and challenge, with responsibilities ranging from travel and rosters to office administration, helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our people can perform at their best. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating flights, rosters, accommodation, and ground transport for FIFO employees. Assisting with onboarding and mobilisation of new employees and contractors. Maintaining personnel records, registers, databases, and site compliance documentation. Supporting payroll processing, timesheets, and leave requests. Acting as the first point of contact for staff enquiries and providing support for site events and activities. Contributing to continuous improvement of administration processes and systems. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, adaptable, and enjoy supporting a busy team. Ideally you’ll bring: Previous experience in an administrative role (mining or remote resource industry experience highly regarded). Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) and database systems.
