Analyse campaign performance data rigorously, sharing insights with stakeholders and translating results into actionable improvements for future initiatives. Continuously evolve the promotions playbook by testing new concepts and piloting innovative approaches to engage customers more effectively. Drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to uncover smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working within the marketing function. Support the Senior Incentives & Loyalty Manager in developing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and long-term engagement. Maintain meticulous attention to detail when executing campaigns to ensure accuracy in audience targeting and promotional offers. Champion a customer-first mindset by ensuring all marketing activities are designed with the end-user experience in mind. Contribute actively to team meetings and brainstorming sessions by bringing forward fresh perspectives on campaign optimisation. What you bring: At least three years of hands-on experience in marketing roles with a strong understanding of digital channels such as email marketing, social media, or e-commerce platforms. Proven background in retail or e-commerce environments is highly desirable for understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for data analysis purposes is required to extract insights from large datasets efficiently. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field provides foundational knowledge essential for success in this position.
