Medical Staff is excited to offer a full time Rostering Consultant position to complement the existing team. This is an in-office role on predominantly office hours, however some after hours may be required on a twice-monthly basis. Experience in similar roles is greatly desirable. Full training is provided. Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited to: Actively Rostering our casual pool of nurses and attending to admin related tasks Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff Working as per company policies and procedures Working within a team and independently in afterhours (after 5pm and/or weekends) Being able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy To be successful in this role you will have: Great verbal and written communication skills Strong self-motivation A proactive and goal orientated mindset Strong multi-tasking skills Sound computer skills Ability to follow policy and procedures Strong time management The ability to work under guidance and independently when required A can do attitude The ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment A willingness to be part of a busy team The ability to successfully aid in meeting deadlines.
