Howard Porter designs and builds quality transport equipment for the mining, resources and transport industries. The Role: Howard Porter has a vacancy for Metal Fabricators at their business. These are permanent, full time positions. What's Needed: To qualify this position, you will have AQF Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent or relevant experience Minimum 3 years’ experience, Fabrication skills in Steel, (solid wire) and/or Aluminum Welding, MIG/TIG, Able to read design drawings and fabricate as designed, Experience using handheld tools for grinding, shaping, welding, bolting and cutting, Ability to meet production schedule deadlines and consistently produce high quality workmanship whilst maintaining a safe workplace environment. Remuneration: $76,515 to $83,000 per annum Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant.
