They will also ideally be adept at designing and delivering personalised, adapted curricula to meet diverse learning needs. Experience across a wide range of educational settings, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Special Educational Needs (SEN), and experience in leading in areas such as Health and Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) will be highly regarded.
