About the Role As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, mentor team members, and focus on strengthening our connection with VIP clients. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving team performance. Deliver exceptional customer service and embody the Parisian chic of Sandro & Maje. Build personalised client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Train and coach team members on clienteling best practices. Assist with daily store operations, including VM standards, stock management, and team coordination. About You Proven retail experience in a senior sales role, ideally in premium or luxury fashion. Sales-driven with a focus on customer experience and building long-term relationships.
