You'll be the key driver of the store's success, ensuring performance targets are met while creating an environment where customers feel supported and staff feel valued. Manage day-to-day store operations with structure and consistency Drive a customer-first culture with a focus on care, trust, and service excellence Mentor, train, and develop staff through onboarding and ongoing coaching Oversee stock management, merchandising, and promotional execution Build effective rosters aligned with business needs and team strengths Monitor KPIs and lead performance conversations to drive results Support recruitment and capability-building within the store team Ensure compliance with operational and administrative processes Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and high-performing team environment The Ideal Candidate: You are approachable, organised, and motivated by helping both your team and your customers thrive.
