From day one, you’ll be hands-on with SCCM and Intune, owning application deployments, maintaining our Standard Operating Environment (SOE), and making sure our desktops and laptops run flawlessly. This role is for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, streamlining processes, and turning complex issues into smooth, reliable outcomes. One day you’ll be packaging and deploying critical business apps; the next, you’ll be troubleshooting escalated issues, optimising SCCM/Intune environments, and shaping how we manage endpoints across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end management of SCCM and Intune environments – support, maintenance, and optimisationPackage, test, and deploy applications across desktops and laptops, ensuring reliability and consistencyMaintain and enhance the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for company devicesTroubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, bringing them to root cause and permanent resolutionSupport upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to keep systems secure and efficientIdentify opportunities to improve automation, streamline deployments, and optimise the user experience What You Will Bring You are a proactive IT professional who takes ownership of your environment, delivers results independently, and drives tangible outcomes. You combine deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work seamlessly across teams and stakeholders. Proven experience managing and supporting SCCM and Intune in enterprise environmentsExpertise in application packaging, deployment, and testing, with strong scripting skills to automate and optimise processesExperience troubleshooting complex issues and providing level 3 supportAbility to maintain and optimise the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for consistency and complianceExceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and business stakeholdersA proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence Find the better way What gets us excited about working here?
