As a Social Impact Associate, you will support the delivery of Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART'S) Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). You will assist the Social Impact team with administrative coordination, stakeholder engagement, events and content development. You will also contribute to initiatives that help realise ART’s ambition to be a force for good, while gaining exposure to policy, advocacy, and social impact work. Day to day, you'll: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and communications related to CSR and RAP initiatives. Collaborate with cross functional teams to participate in and support campaign execution, projects and working groups as required. Contribute to stakeholder engagement activities, including preparing briefing materials and summaries. Assist in gathering data and insights to support reporting on CSR and RAP initiatives. This role is a permanent opportunity. While our preference is for the successful candidate to be based in Brisbane, we are equally open to considering applicants located in Sydney or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Currently undertaking or has completed tertiary studies in a related field, such as Communications, Public Policy, or Social Sciences, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience. Internship, volunteer, or project experience in community development, social impact, sustainability, or advocacy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong event or project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. Highly organised and can work autonomously.
